Getting to Poznań

Poznań is centrally located in Europe and offers convenient international access by air, rail, and road.

By air: Poznań-Ławica Airport (POZ) operates direct flights to nearly 20 major European cities. The airport is situated about 6 km from the city centre, and frequent public buses connect it directly with downtown and major hotels in approximately 20-25 minutes. Taxi and ride-sharing services are also readily available.

By rail: Poznań Główny railway station provides direct international connections to cities such as Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Munich, Amsterdam, and Basel. The station is modern, well-signposted, and located within a five-minute walk of the tram and bus stations, ensuring smooth onward travel.

By road: The city is positioned at the crossroads of major European transport corridors, including the E30 route (Berlin-Warsaw-Moscow) and the E261 (Gdańsk-Wrocław-Prague). Its strategic location between Berlin and Warsaw makes Poznań easily reachable by car or coach from across Central Europe.
